Collect with Registered Email ™
It’s our experience that, with Registered Email ™ including payment option via iDeal, debtors usually open these emails within 30 minutes and often respond – or even pay – the same day. With Registered Email ™ there is never any question about whether a notice of default has been received or not. After all, we can show that your debtor has actually received and read the reminder.
A quick, sustainable and effective way of making it as easy as possible for your debtors to pay the outstanding amount.
Still not received payment of the debt?
Then we solve it with a payment plan or payment agreement, so we keep it discrete. We keep a close watch on your debtor, because an agreement is an agreement. If the agreement is not fulfilled, we follow-up straightaway.
In our experience, it is sometimes wise to let the case rest when there is still no payment. Periodically we check with various resources whether the financial situation (and willingness to pay) has improved. We do this manually, so it’s not an automated process and can always be tracked via your own online file.
How do we collect payments?

- After collection you will receive the outstanding amount in the same week
Web services (API connection)
With us you can use our Web service, Webhooks and Single Sign-On (SSO) login. These links make it possible for external parties to link automatically to the Credifin Netherlands system, so data can be transferred to us and it is possible to extract data from our system. Your own customer portal
Through our online collection web portal you have 24/7 access to all collection processes that are ongoing or have already been closed. All invoices, related documentation and correspondence (mail, telephone contact, whatsapp messages, etc.) can always be viewed here. So you always know the status of your collection process (s).
Web portal for debtors
Debtors can log into our debt collection web portal via a smartphone / tablet or computer, after which they have access to the outstanding invoices and associated documentation and correspondence. This way they can easily pay the outstanding collection with iDeal, request an arrangement and even chat with us.
What if the debtor is still not willing to pay?
Then you can choose to assess the situation on location via a house visit or credit check and via various resources that we have access to. Based on these findings an extensive report is drawn up so you can decide whether or not to enter into legal proceedings and issue the debtor with a summons.
